and you are right, when things go wrong it's these very people knocking on doors asking for your support.
It is worth while giving the Licensing people a quick call when you see a m**on park across on those ranks, and see what they can do, after all it is their responsability, and not ours to sort this out. It's all too easy to chase the lawabiding drivers but would be nice to see them doing their job properly for a change.
