FEBRUARY 2010 VEHICLE RENEWALS

Hello all, It has just been announced to the Licensing Section management that the coputer systems within the Town Hall and going to be out of action on Friday 26th February from around 12pm,

This means that anybody who wishes to renew thier vehicle licence for the 28th must get their application in by 11.30am on Friday 26th to have any chance of getting their licence issued for that day,

I have asked the section to open up from 08;45 on Friday to try and help the situation, as currently looking at the numbers there is around 130 vehicle owners that have not applied for thier licence yet.

We sincerely apologise if this causes any inconvenience to our customers, but i am afraid that this is not in the control of the section.

This info was relayed to drivers via CB radios and hoping it would have helped some drivers.
