I looked everywhere but under what law do they ticket cars when clearly there is no sign advising drivers of no parking in that layby? Many station drivers not happy but I think it will be fair for all taxi driver in Sheffield. He was apparently caught by Officers from the council acting as passengers. The hapless fellow was then caught by North East Debyshire officers for doing the same thing on that side of the border, so twice as much trouble.
