MAN KILLED IN MINI-CAB
Man shot dead in car park

A young man was shot dead in the small hours of yesterday morning.
At around 12.20am the 20-year-old was sitting inside a mini cab in Dendridge Close, off Turkey Street.
A white Vauxhall Combo van followed the mini cab into a nearby car park and shots were fired from the van at the cab.
The young man then got out of the cab and was shot.
The Combo van was discovered dumped and alight a short time later in nearby Lackmore Road.
The van has been removed for forensic examination but police are hunting between two and three black men.
Following a Post Mortem at Hornsey Coroners' Court on Thursday cause of death was given as gunshot wounds.
Next of kin have ben informed by the man's identity has not yet been revealed.
As well as witnesses to the murder, police are appealing to anyone who may have seen the van being abandoned to call the incident room on 8733 4704. To remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and as of Friday afternoon was being held in custody at a north London police station.
