they should not park where theres no rank /same greedy people again cant be botherd to park on ranks so just steal work of others/ prats/ would they like litter thrown on there garden /dont think so /people on phone whist driving should be punished .get a handsfree .same in day time parking out side cannon at 930 on wards .greedy b......./ they need to be brought to council .is it one rule for one and one rule for the other.same people all the time nowt done thank you...?????
