Council letter about bus gates to print out as proof

I was contacted by head of Licensing section a to put this letter out to all drivers who may be interested and this quote is self explanatory

Its around the use of bus tram and right turns etc that taxi and private hire drivers are allowed to use around the City, I have been told that the police are aware of this but it appears that some drivers have received tickets, If they carried this letter it should alleviate some of those types of problems.

Thanks for that, I don't think we'll ever need it but printed it out just in case, you never know huh!
