Six held over father's shooting

Taxi driver Mr Khan was killed 12 months ago

Detectives investigating the murder of a taxi driver shot outside his home have arrested six people.

Father-of-four Harun Khan, 39, was killed on Tudor Street, Tipton, in the Black Country, on 3 March 2008.

West Midlands Police said five men, aged 28, 35, 37, 42 and 56, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder in Tipton and Handsworth.

A fourth, aged 28, was arrested in Tipton on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to murder.

Earlier this month, Mr Khan's family pledged a reward of up to 10,000 for useful information about his death.
