RUMOUR MILL HACKNEY'S to HAVE TWO TEST PER YEAR.

There has been a few telephone enquiries into the licensing section about this matter, the frequency of testing of vehicles both private hire and hackney carriages has not been to Licensing Board policy, who are the only person (body) that can alter this.

The Policy was reviewed in August 2008 and will not be reviewed until 2011 at the earliest unless requested by the Board to be reviewed earlier.
