I noticed someone left his plumbers van (Sorry Taxi) on the Square today and went shopping.
WHY? I know times are hard and friends are few, but surely this guy can afford £1 for a meter rather than the £30 parking ticket he got, because some mardy taxi driver phoned parking services.
In his defence it was only there for a couple of hours???

On rank and available for hire is the rule and if you're not, then tough excrement I'm afraid, oh sorry if he's not I meant to say. Wink

That's a good find Aftab, some useful stuff thanks.

I were only dropping off just touching the yellow lines on Barkers Pool and a driver got out of his cab just to check if my wheels were on the rank at all. Rolling Eyes Thought you bored t***t, Laughing Dids I mention I got a private hire cheers

They're not parked there for fun, and when cabs keep moving forward in rank any obstruction is a pain no matter if it's a private or pirate hire car. Did I mention I got a black cab cheers cheers

We have a couple waiting on Cumberland Strret rank quite regularly and yesterday a black cab was quite happily parked up behind one of these pirates. Some cabbies woun't even protest when these pirates wait and pick up on a rank just as though they were a black cab.

Keep the number for Parking Services handy. Allways give them a call if you have concerns.
